Contents 1. The Basic Blackjack Game 2. Rules 3. History of Blackjack Blackjack games come with many rule variations and different numbers of decks. The most common game of blackjack is dealt out of a 6-deck or 8-deck “shoe” (a plastic, card-dispensing device). 홀덤 Single and double deck games are still alive and well but not all casinos that have blackjack will have single and double deck so the “shoe games” are a little more common. Our example will be the procedure for the most common blackjack game played with 6 decks. The Basic Blackjack Game Card Values - In blackjack, each card has the value represented on the card itself with the exception of picture cards (which have a value of 10) and Aces, which can be either an 1 or 11. A hand comprised of a 7 and a 9, for example, is worth 16. A hand of an Ace and an 8 can be worth either 9 or 19 depending on how you play the hand. Chip Value - Most casinos use standardized chip colors – white €1 chips, red €5 chips, green €25 chips, black €100 chips, purple €500 chips and orange €1.000 chips – but this can vary in online casinos. You may see some casinos using names to describe colored chips, with red €5 chips and green €25 chips being called nickels and quarters respectively. Purple €500 chips are sometimes called Barneys, while orange €1.000 chips might be referred to as Pumpkins. Number of Decks - Six to eight decks are most commonly used in blackjack, but this is entirely dependent on the casino. A smaller number of decks is beneficial to players because it means there’s a higher probability, you’ll draw a Blackjack. The more decks used, the more your odds drop. Hand Types – Soft/Hard - A hand which contains an ace functioning as an 11 is said to be soft. This is because if cards are added to the hand which causes it to go over 21, the value of the ace can reduce to 1. Busting - When a hand exceeds 21, it (and the player it belongs to) are said to have gone bust. Let’s say that you hit a hand of 16 and receive a 7. That puts the value of your hand at 23 and you’ll go bust, unless your original hand was an Ace and a 5. In that case, the new value of your hand will be 13. Rules Hit - If you want another card, this is the button or command that will get you one from the dealer. Whether you should hit or stand (see below) depends on the dealer's upcard. You can typically hit hands as many times as you want, with some online casinos offering a win for a “5 Card Charlie” (a hand comprised of 5 cards that doesn’t go bust). If the dealer’s upcard is a 6 or lower, it’s rare that you should be hitting unless your hand is 12 or lower. Stand - If you think the dealer will go bust trying to beat your hand, pressing or indicating that you want to Stand is how to finish your hand. You’ll usually be standing on hands worth 17 or more, as well as hands valued 13-16, unless the dealer has an upcard of 7 or more. Once you stand, the dealer (and other players) will then draw until all of their hands are also complete. Split - When presented with two cards of the same value, you can split your hand and play it as two separate hands. This does mean, however, that you’ll have to match your original bet to cover your new second hand. Pairs of Aces and 8s are always worth splitting, as are MOST pairs of 2s, 3s, 6s and 7s as long as the dealer’s upcard is 7 or lower. Double (Down) - Doubling down allows you to double your bet and receive an additional card. However, it's a risky move because you only receive ONE extra card and can’t hit your hand afterwards. It’s worth doubling down on almost all hands of 10 or 11 and doing so can pay dividends on many hands that contain an Ace and 2-7 as long as the dealer has a low upcard. Surrender - If you’re not impressed with your hand, some variations of Blackjack will allow you to surrender your hand (usually once the dealer has checked that they don’t have a Blackjack). If you want to surrender, you’ll need to do so before drawing any additional cards. The dealer will then take your cards and return half of your original bet to you. Insurance - This side bet is available when the dealer has a face up Ace and is effectively a wager on the dealer’s hole card being worth 10. A winning bet pays out at 2:1 in most Blackjack variations, but the insurance bet is not typically recommended because of its high house edge. Even Money - When a player has a Blackjack and the dealer’s upcard is an Ace, they may ask the player if they want “even money.” This means accepting a 1:1 payout on their original bet before the dealer checks for Blackjack. Like insurance, this bet isn’t generally advisable because players are statistically better off not taking the bet. History of Blackjack It's believed that the game of blackjack has its roots in France. It was originally known as 21. The goal of the game is to beat the dealer's hand by scoring 21 or as close to 21 as you can get without going over. If the dealer scores closest to 21, you lose. Although blackjack was played even in early American gambling houses, it was never as popular a game as poker, so gaming houses had to spice it up a bit in order to give it a little more mass appeal. Some gambling houses offered bigger payouts for blackjack hands, while others gave bonuses for certain card combinations—namely an ace of spades with a jack of clubs. That's how 21 was renamed blackjack—from the combination of those two cards. thank you.. .

History Darts, indoor target game played by throwing feathered darts at a circular board with numbered spaces. The game became popular in English inns and taverns in the 19th century and increasingly so in the 20th.
Not many games are as versatile as darts. You can play by yourself, with a friend, with several friends, or with a large group of teams. You can play at home, inside or outside, at a bar, or even a break room at work. There are many different games that you can play, and multiple variations of those games. A dartboard is a great addition to your home gameroom. Your family will enjoy it, and it’s great for entertaining. How to Throw Darts ? There are a lot of different styles and techniques for throwing darts. Let’s take a look at the basics of grip, stance, and throwing motion. How to Grip or Hold the Dart ? The first aspect of properly throwing a dart involves your grip. While there are different techniques, what is most important is that you grip or hold the dart in a way that is comfortable and natural for you. There is no right or wrong way to hold the dart. 1. Grip the dart just tight enough that it does not slip out of your hard, but not so tight that it puts pressure or tension on your fingers. 2. The more fingers you use for the grip, the more control you can have. But more fingers on the dart also means that you will need better finger coordination so they are all releasing the dart together. 3. Any fingers that are not used in your grip should be spread apart from your other fingers that are used for the grip. Be sure that these unused fingers are not bumping up against your other fingers or pressing against your hand. 4. While there are a lot of different ways to grip a dart, the most common options are to use your thumb, plus two or three other fingers. The photo below shows an example grip using the thumb, index finger, and middle finger. The thumb and two fingers are lightly gripping the dart. The ring finger and pinky finger are kept away and not touching the other fingers. Proper Stance for Throwing Darts The correct stance is also important. 1. If you are right handed your right foot should be at the edge of the toe line, and your left foot behind it. 2. Your feet and shoulders should create a 90 degree angle to the toe line. This places your throwing should in front of you, facing the dartboard. 3. You weight should be mostly on your right (front) foot, with your left foot mostly for support and balance. 4. Lean forward very slightly. If you throw left handed, this would be reversed. Your left foot would be forward and your right foot in the back. Arm Motion for Throwing Darts Keep your shoulder still. The motion should be in your arm, with the rest of your body still. The tip of the dart should be slightly up. If the tip is turned down, even just a little, it will have trouble sticking when it hits the board. Use your eyes to line up the tip of the dart with your target on the board. Focus on the target. To start the motion, keep your elbow still and move your forearm back towards you to generate some momentum and force. Move your arm forward in the throwing motion. Keep it smooth and steady. You want some acceleration to throw the dart with some force, but you want to be under control. As you extend your arm to throw the dart, your elbow should move slightly up. Sometimes you’ll hear that you should keep your elbow totally still, but this is not true. If your elbow is stationary it will cause the dart to go below your intended target. Follow through with the motion after you release the dart. Your hand should wind up pointing towards the target. You can either snap your wrist or keep it locked. Snapping the wrist will give the throw more force, but uses more motion that you will need to control in order to have an accurate throw. 텍사스홀덤 History Modern darts was invented by a carpenter from Lancashire named Brian Gamlin in 1896. However the history goes back much farther. Darts began as a military pastime originating in England during the medieval era in the first couple of decades of the fourteenth century |
